Mixed ability, strong, dynamic flow with longer holds. The focus of this class is gaining flexibility and mobility.

The session will begin with Pranayama (Breathing) & will end with meditation.

This is a spiritual yoga flow class aimed at all levels, but keeping it basic so that we can move & feel beyond the physical. The intention is to use our body's as a dedication to our higher self.

Come and nourish your body with a gentle mindful vinyasa flow class. Like my morning classes these are suitable for all abilities as adjustments and props are available to help you into poses.
Beginners Hatha Yoga

Beginners Hatha Yoga based on the teachings of Iyengar. This is the safest way to learn yoga with strict alignment and breath and the correct use of props.
Hot Yoga (Mixed Abilities)

Come and flow with me as we heat the studio up. This is mixed ability Vinyasa class but is not suitable for those brand new to yoga.

Earth Yoga Kids bringing yoga and mindfulness to children through adventure, fun and creativity from the ages of 5-10. Yoga & Mindfulness not only helps to calm but also improves concentration, fitness levels and stamina!
A more meditative approach to yoga, Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time . Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body (the tendons, fascia, and ligaments), with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Mindful Flow

This class will include breathing, meditation/nidra & asana that aim to ease anxiety, stress & boost the immune system.

Relax Flow with Breathing

Relax Flow is all about conscious embodied movement. Class involves small and gentle movements with some holds, that help us retrain our brain and nervous system to let go of tension holding patterns. Coupled with pranayama (breathing) practice, we'll combine our energy & ride the wave of inner consciousness together.

Using my sports yoga training by Sarah Ramsden (the Manu U & Man City Yoga coach) I run Specialised Yoga aimed at athletes of all abilities. YES all abilities. Whether you are male or female. 16 or 65. Flexible or inflexible this class is for you. Yoga aids recovery by encouraging blood to pass through those tired, sore muscles. It helps stretch out those tight, contracted muscles you get from training and racing; allowing your body to better adapt to the training load and therefore preventing injury & allowing you to recover quicker and back training sooner. It builds strength and improves flexibility and range of movement. Yoga is the 4th discipline of triathlon.
Special Yin class held once a month. Enjoy 55mins of a relaxing yin class to wipe away all the tensions of the week and get you into the perfect state of relaxation for a 20min Yogic Sleep.
