Begin with Bruce for 50 mins of QiGong (Tai Chi) on the top floor, followed by an hour of Yoga & breathing with Karen on the 1st floor & ending with a 45 min Sound Bath played by Pat on the ground floor. This morning promises to be an immersion into supreme bliss.
