Service Description

In this warming, purifying morning, we'll aim to build strength from the inside out; interspersed with squeezing & rinsing the energy we need to refresh; overlayed with flowing body & breath to ignite a circulate the subtle body. Ultimately, we'll be looking to find our perfect harmony, by letting go of the unnecessary , refreshing the dormant & inviting in new energy. My wish is for every person to work within their own body & mind's edge as modifications and variations will be offered to relieve or intensify.  Surrendering the old & sourcing our Light.  It's time to cleanse.

STUDIO CLASSES: CANCELLATIONS CAN BE DONE UP TO 24 hours before class starts. Payment will be taken if cancelled within this window. WORKSHOPS: NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
