Studio Timetable
The Studio is now OPEN again! I will however continue to offer online classes in addition to studio classes.
To accommodate both studio and online classes, I am making some tweaks to the timings of classes. Please, if you have any feedback on the timetable - classes you would like to see more of, timings etc please drop me an email: earthyogasanctuary@outlook.com

12:15-13:00: Flow to Restore
17:45-18:45: Hatha (All Abilities)
19:00-20:00: Vinyasa Power Hour (not suitable for beginners) (Studio Only)
Wednesday (Studio & Online)
7:00-8:00: Morning Flow
18:00-19:15: Yin Yoga

12:15-13:00: Lunchtime Flow & Restore
17:15-18:15: Beginners Hatha & Meditation
18:30-19:30: Move & Restore with Jen (No Class Until 10th Sept)

17:00-17:45: Teen Yoga (Studio Only)
