Studio Timetable

The Studio is now OPEN again!  I will however continue to offer online classes in addition to studio classes. 

To accommodate both studio and online classes, I am making some tweaks to the timings of classes. Please, if you have any feedback on the timetable - classes you would like to see more of, timings etc please drop me an email:

Monday (Studio & Online)

7:00-8:00: Wake up Flow

18:00-19:00: Beginners Flow 


Tuesday (Studio & Online)

12:15-13:00: Flow to Restore

17:45-18:45: Hatha (All Abilities)

19:00-20:00: Vinyasa Power Hour (not suitable for beginners) (Studio Only)

Wednesday (Studio & Online)

7:00-8:00: Morning Flow

18:00-19:15: Yin Yoga

Thursday (Studio & Online)

12:15-13:00: Lunchtime Flow & Restore

17:15-18:15: Beginners Hatha & Meditation

18:30-19:30: Move & Restore with Jen (No Class Until 10th Sept)

Friday (Studio & Online)

12:00 - 13:15:  Lunchtime Yin Yoga (Studio & Online)

 17:00-17:45:  Teen Yoga (Studio Only)

 18:00-19:00:  Yoga for Sport & Athletes (Studio Only)


Saturday (Studio & Online)

8:30-10:00: Morning Yin & Meditation

10:15-11:15: Vinyasa Flow (All Abilities)

Here is what to do if you don't have props at home

  • Blocks – use thick books

  • Bolster – roll a fairly heavy blanket/cushion

  • Strap – use a scarf/belt

  • Blanket – well, a blanket
