Studio Timetable

The Studio is now OPEN again!  I will however continue to offer online classes in addition to studio classes. 

To accommodate both studio and online classes, I am making some tweaks to the timings of classes. Please, if you have any feedback on the timetable - classes you would like to see more of, timings etc please drop me an email:

Here is what to do if you don't have props at home

  • Blocks – use thick books

  • Bolster – roll a fairly heavy blanket/cushion

  • Strap – use a scarf/belt

  • Blanket – well, a blanket
