Service Description

Somatic Yoga is all about conscious embodied movement. Class involves small and gentle movements with some holds, that help us retrain our brain and nervous system to let go of tension holding patterns. Coupled with pranayama (breathing) practice, we'll combine our energy & ride the wave of inner consciousness together.
