Wake Up Flow

7:00 - 8:00 am

Monday

Start the day with a gentle vinyasa flow class. The perfect way to awaken mind, body & soul. Suitable for all abilities as props and adjustments are available to help you into poses.

Blunsdon Beginners Flow

9:30 - 10:30 am

A vinyasa flow class designed specially for my lovely Blunsdon group.

Beginners Flow

18:00 - 19:00 pm

A lovely flow class designed specially for beginners. Props and adjustments are available as I guide you through the class in a safe controlled environment. There is a specific focus each week. 

Lunchtime Restore

12:15 - 13:00 pm

Tuesday

Come and nourish your body with a gentle vinyasa flow class. Like my morning classes these are suitable for all abilities as adjustments and props are available to help you into poses. 

Beginners Hatha Yoga

18:00 - 19:00 pm

Beginners Hatha Yoga based on the teachings of Iyengar. This is the safest way to learn yoga with strict alignment and breath and the correct use of props.

Hot Yoga

19:15 - 20:30 pm

Come & get your sweat on.

We heat up the studio to 34 degrees and flow through vinyasa. Adjustments provided to suit all abilities. 

The addition of the heat will allow you to go deeper into poses, increasing your flexibility and allowing you to sweat out any toxins from the body.

Kids Yoga

16:40 - 17:15 pm

Earth Yoga Kids bringing yoga and mindfulness to children through adventure, fun and creativity from the ages of 5-10.   Yoga & Mindfulness not only helps to calm but also improves  concentration, fitness levels and stamina!

Yin Yoga

18:00 - 19:15 pm

A more meditative approach to yoga, Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of  yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time . Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body (the tendons, fascia, and ligaments)—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Candle Light Flow

19:30 - 20:45 pm

An energizing flow class by candlelight. Come and loose the stresses of the day.

Lunchtime Restore

12:15 - 13:00 pm

Pre & Post Natal Yoga

17:30 - 18:30 pm

 I am fully certified Pre and Post Natal Yoga teacher, completing 85 hours teacher training in association with the Yoga Alliance certified by Sally Parkes.

 

I offer yoga classes for Pregnancy (2nd and 3rd trimester), Post-natal and Mother and Baby Yoga.

Yin Yoga

Mother & Baby Yoga

11:30 - 12:30 pm

My classes cover specially designed poses, breathing  meditation and relaxation. You can bring your baby to the classes and can either leave them sleeping or allow them to take part with you.

Teen Yoga

17:00 - 17:45 pm

Teen Yoga is aimed at teaching yoga and mindfulness to young people. Yoga & Mindfulness not only helps to calm teenagers but also improves their concentration, fitness levels and stamina!

Yoga for Sport

18:00 - 19:00

Using my sports yoga training by Sarah Ramsden (the Manu U & Man City Yoga coach) I run Specialised Yoga aimed at athletes of all abilities. YES all abilities. Whether you are male or female. 16 or 65. Flexible or inflexible this class is for you. Yoga aids recovery by encouraging blood to pass through those tired, sore muscles. It helps stretch out those tight, contracted muscles you get from training and racing; allowing your body to better adapt to the training load and therefore preventing injury & allowing you to recover quicker and back training sooner. It builds strength and improves flexibility and range of movement. Yoga is the 4th discipline of triathlon.

Glow with the Flow

1st Fri of each Month 19:45 - 21:00

GLOW WITH THE FLOW sessions will be held on the 1st Friday of every month from 19h45 to 21h00. Come flow to 75 minutes of electronic dance music while we light up the room with energy, bands, paint and lycra!

Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)

Last Fri of each Month 19:15 - 20:30

Special Yin class held once a month. Enjoy 55mins of a relaxing yin class to wipe away all the tensions of the week and get you into the perfect state of relaxation for a 20min Yogic Sleep.

We close with a lovely meditation.

All classes are now being held in the Earth Yoga Sanctuary Studio (EYS Studio @ BSS House Cheney Manor (Unit 35). Head towards access point E, next to Charisma Blinds - big rainbow sign)

For £50 a month you have unlimited membership and can come to as many classes as you wish.
