In this warming, purifying morning, we'll aim to welcome in summer. Working from the inside out; squeezing & rinsing the energy we need to refresh; overlayed with flowing body & breath to ignite and circulate the subtle body. Ultimately, we'll be looking to find our perfect harmony, by letting go of the unnecessary , refreshing the dormant & inviting in new energy.
