We will build on the basic yoga poses & breath work, looking at & exploring ways in which to enhance your practice safely, step by step.

For those wanting to progress, this will give you the tools and confidence you need to keep your home practice moving safely forward.

If you're an experienced practitioner, this workshop will bring you back to basics and reinforce alignment & breath.
